Rest in Paradise, Erik. I have know you since kindergarten at St. Paul’s school. We played together when you visited your grandparents in Hemstreet Park and we shared many of life’s early milestones together. It’s been many years since our paths have crossed but I’ve thought of you now and again and always fondly. God speed and prayers for you and your family.

I can honestly say Erik was one of my best friends from the time I meant him in Mr. Prossers accounting class in 9th grade. I am not sure how I would have made it threw high school with out him. We had many things in common. We would talk about our futures a lot. We always wanted to go in to business together, thought that never happened the closest we got to that was I was a manager of a toy store in Clifton Park and I hired Erik as my assistant manager for almost 3 years till he got prompted to manage a store the company had in Latham. They were fun times. We both got our first cars about the same time, and the first thing we put in to them were CB radios (it was the late 70's it was crazy times). We had so many good times together. He was an usher in my wedding. He taught me how to drive standard on his Maxima, that was scary. Later in life I became a realtor and we went house hunting all over Cohoes, finding him his home on 1st street. I will admit we both got older and our lives went in different directions, I would try to stay in contact with him by calling him or leaving a message on Face Book, or stopping buy. Sometimes we connected and sometimes we did not. I will miss him so much. It is as if a part of me was lost. Rest in Peace My Friend
