Donna, and Staff, Although some time has passed, on behalf of my family, I want to thank you for all you had done for my father's wake/funeral services. From the time of his death to burial, you were there coordinating every step, leading us through everything that needed to be done, at a time it's so hard to think straight... and at the holidays! And my Dad looked GREAT! I'm sure he was smiling from above at how dapper he looked. Not something I EVER expected at the wake. Kudos to the Staff! It was great honor for my Dad and a comfort to my family to have "gotten it right."

Hi Donna, I received your mailed packet yesterday. Once again, I would like to thank you for handling Charlotte's transportation and internment with my father. You were such a caring and stabilizing presence during these past few years (when I knew I could rely on your actions if and when something happened to Mom), and when the time did come, you helped me to get through it with a minimum of angst and stress.
